Apply the Vitamin C Serum daily to cleansed skin. Follow these steps to use the serum correctly:

Cleanse your face thoroughly: Use our mild Cleansing Foam to remove dirt, oil and makeup residue.

Dry your face: Gently pat your face with a soft towel. Do not rub to avoid skin irritation.

Tone your skin: Soak a dry cotton pad generously with our Hydrating Toner and rub your face thoroughly but gently.

Applying your eye cream: Apply a small amount of eye cream, such as our Brightening Eye Cream, to your fingertips. Gently massage the cream around the eyes until completely absorbed, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.

Apply serum: Put a small amount of the vitamin C serum on your fingertips and spread it on your forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. You can also include the neck and décolleté.
Gently massage the Vitamin C Serum into your face (neck and décolleté) using small, circular movements with your fingertips. Start in the center of your face and work outwards. Make sure to distribute the Vitamin C Serum evenly.
Allow the serum to fully absorb before applying any other skincare products. This usually takes one to two minutes.

Moisturiser : Apply a moisturiser, such as our Moisturising Day Cream , to hydrate and protect your skin.
- Use sunscreen : You should protect your skin from UV rays every day. Therefore, be sure to use our Sunscreen SPF 30 ( with or without tint ) during the day to protect your skin from sun damage.

Questions about returns
To return an item, please contact our customer service (support@mygosiderm.com) to obtain a return label. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging (see Return Policy).
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return an item.
You do not have to pay the return costs yourself. After you have informed us of your wish to return the item, you will receive a return label in a separate email.
Once we have received your return and inspected it in accordance with our return policy, you will be refunded the amount of the product purchase to your chosen payment method. This may take 7-10 business days.
