Preparing the skin : Wet your face slightly with lukewarm water. This opens the pores and makes cleaning easier.

Applying the foam : Pump a small amount of the cleansing foam into the palm of your hand. The creamy consistency of the foam will quickly spread in your hands.

Gently massage : Spread the foam evenly over your face and massage it in using gentle, circular movements. Start at the forehead and work your way over the cheeks and nose to the chin. Pay particular attention to the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) as these areas are often oilier and have more blemishes.

Cleansing the eye area : Be extra careful around the delicate eye area. Use less pressure and more gentleness to remove makeup and impurities without irritating the skin.

Rinse : Rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all residues of the foam and impurities. Make sure that no residue of the product remains on the skin as this could cause irritation.
- Repeat steps 1 - 5: Repeat the cleansing a second time. Only now (the second time) will you clean your skin deep down to the pores and thus achieve an optimal cleansing result for your skin.

Questions about returns
To return an item, please contact our customer service (support@mygosiderm.com) to obtain a return label. Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging (see Return Policy).
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return an item.
You do not have to pay the return costs yourself. After you have informed us of your wish to return the item, you will receive a return label in a separate email.
Once we have received your return and inspected it in accordance with our return policy, you will be refunded the amount of the product purchase to your chosen payment method. This may take 7-10 business days.
